How long have you been in business?
Our most recent and largest investment since opening in 1996 has been our Oriental Rug Cleaning Facility. Bellingham Rug Cleaning, invested the capital needed to open the most advanced Oriental and Specialty Area Rug Cleaning Facility north of Seattle. We are located at 3610 Irongate Rd., our area rug cleaning plant houses the latest technology for restoring Oriental and Specialty Rugs. Our new location also provides a home base for our field service vans, which serve all our Bellingham and Whatcom County residential and commercial Customers.
Can my rug be cleaned at my home?
With out getting into the details, no, your rug can absolutely not be properly cleaned at home. It is impossible to thoroughly clean a fine rug at a home. If anyone tells you they can clean your rug on location, ask them if they can afford to purchase it from you before they start.

What cleaning process will you use, to clean my rug?
We determine the cleaning process once we have completed a pre-inspection of your rug. We have several options available, only one is the most effective process, and our experience will determine which cleaning process your rug will receive.
Do you have Insurance?
Yes, we are licensed and insured for the services we provide.
When do I get my rug back?
The whole cleaning process takes one week. Most rugs are ready for pick-up in seven days. An extra day may be needed if your rug has fringe or needs to be treated for odor concerns.
Is my rug safe for my children and pets after its cleaned?
Yes, your rug is absolutely safe for children and pets.
